Spring Dessert/Cocktail- Lemon Sorbet Champagne

Couldn’t be easier,

any more light,

or more delicious,

than this.

And

GO……

Add two scoops of Lemon Sorbet to each glass

And top with Champagne or Prosecco

That’s it!! Just what champagne has been missing- a little hint of lemon sweetness. So delish!

I will be enjoying one of these this weekend!
