Well I was browsing my friends boards and came across these adorable sugar cookie bowls. (Thanks Dodi!)
I just haaaaad to try them out.
They are actually made to put ice cream inside but I didn’t have any on hand so I used whipped cream and blueberries instead.
Can’t wait to try them with ice cream next time!
.

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon No Color Almond Extract
Wilton’s Ice cream bowl pan OR any muffin or cupcake pan
Yields 12 bowls or 24 minis
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Turn the pan upside down and spray each cavity with vegetable spray
In a medium bowl, combine flour and salt

In a mixer (or large bowl with electric mixer) beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Beat in extracts and egg.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture one cup at a time. Mix after each addition.

Generously flour surface and roll out dough to 1/8 thickness.
Cut 4 1/2 inch circles from dough. (smaller if using mini pan)

Drape one circle over each bowl cavity. Press together to form smooth surface.

Bake 11-13 minutes or until they’re firm and golden brown.

Cool on pan, on a cookie rack, for 10 minutes.
Loosen bottom edges of cookies using a spatula. Carefully remove cups and cool completely.

Add your filling!

So amazingly cute and delicious!
Enjoy!!

Steph
